we paddled this from hoover down to willow thru an outfitter in rec kayaks. barely any current and was a bit of a slog honestly for the last half (plus winds!). top part was AMAZING. we stopped and explored sauna cave, and both motorcycle canyon from bottom and boy scout from bottom (went up everything but R1 and was super fun!). didn't soak but many hot springs that we could have jumped in. would consider an overnight in the area to really explore more. |

Launched from the dam in our canoe. Saw a bunch of Bighorn sheep at moonscape hot springs. |

We camped out for two days by the Arizona Hot Springs. Lots of wind the first night but a great weekend overall! |
