Did with Erik and Mat on the bachelor redemption trip. Deepest I've ever been in North wash. Very pretty canyon, quite the fucking slog back, my body was hurting. Last mile of the road was closed, but we took it to the end campsite anyway. After seeing other groups and getting a little spooked, we decided to move camp that night to not riska ticket. Literally 10 seconds after pulling off the closed area of road into the parking lot, the friendly ranger pulled up on his side by side. Pulled over to talk with him, really nice guy. GOT AWAY WITH IT. Kept driving to Constrychnine campsite that night. Oh and bocce the first night was awesome, Mat and Erik both big fans. |
