A good salesman could spin Lucky Charms as a classic canyoneering adventure with it all! Narrow slot sections, up climbs, down climbs, big views, and even a petroglyph panel!!! All true, but like a lot of sales pitches, a little misleading.
Lucky Charms is a very short hiking/canyoneering adventure. More of a hike than canyoneering, but it falls in the grey area in between. The route ascends a short canyon with several slot sections before reaching a 7 m ( 23 ft. ) up climb, the crux of the route. I have heard the up climb rated everywhere from "easy" to "5.6" in climbing terms. It is straightforward, with the most difficult moves being near the bottom. Intermediate and above canyoneers should have no problem with it. Beginners will also likely not have any difficulty, but may wish a hand-line for security. I would rate it very easy 5th class.
The short nature makes this a very good evening route, or one to do before heading home.
